Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days. A full refund or exchange will not be possible if a request is made after the elapse of 14 days since your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days, you may request a refund. If approved, you will be reimbursed in full.

Refunds
Once your request for a refund has been received, you will be notified by email that your request is being considered. You will then be notified of the outcome of the request.
If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or your original method of payment within 3-5 working days, depending on the various processes of the banks.
Late or missing refunds
If you do not receive your refund within the stipulated 3- 5 day period, then:
- First check your bank account;
- Then check your credit card statement as it may take a day or two before your refund is reflected.
- If the refund is still not reflected, contact your bank. There may be other processes involved holding up payment.
